Fairly often I go to the Spiritualism of Alan Kardek and always believed since I was a kid that things all around are like a dream with a sense of bonding. But often times when about to sleep or even when just mellowing out in corners almost sleeping, I feel or sense all, everything, everyone. Like one that splits in many, you are aware of all directions, you can sense changes in the room and also focus on something specific. This awareness is greater when totally in peace and some very nice music to help you relax, sometimes it happens just because, but I don't even want to.

This has happen often in my life, go to places and feel all the textures and colors of that place, but havent been there for real. Once in my room I was laying in bed, trying to relax after a very long and nice shower, did not had any music, did not create any kind of atmosphere for that to happen, just relax, when about to sleep I felt like falling I got scared and jumped from the bed, but thought it is just "your soul going for a ride", like we used to play ( my family sometimes say that). Again put my self back in the bed and just relaxed a little, again felt like falling but I hold my self, when the color in the images started, I saw the room in details, like if I was standing up and look around and I saw the mirrors with no images, and I kept looking and I saw my cat that seemed to be aware of that wierd episode, but something was wrong the cat usually would come to me when called. When looking back to the bed in which I was before I saw myself sleeping, at first I thought I was dead or something like that, then I felt like that was NOT at all the case. I woke up scared just after feeling like falling backwards again.

I told my family, and they say that is my inquisitive soul wondering around when I sleep, giving the dreams the sensation of being awake.

Particularly, I believe that perhaps those are skills that all of us can learn to have, and yet some of us do know because we were brought to it by life experiences. but I don't know what it is and if it is "normal". According to Nietzsche, looking close enough NO one is Normal. So for that I would say - "Viva a Diferenca" (Celebrate the difference), I think those skills are often used by all of us, and one every ten people that I asked about have had or felt that before, so for that I think I am NOT an exception to the rule.

Most that had the same experience, don't comment about specially if they are considered "Normal" people, and their friends don't believe in those type of things.

I don't know about anybody else in my family of relatives that had commented about those facts or effects, other than my mother and sister. (but the way they feel it or sense it is quite different, so for that I would let them - my mom and sister - speak for themselves, unfortunately they don't know English).

Best regards
