Out of Body Experience

Okay, I'm not sure if this is what an actual out of body experience is, maybe I was just really analyzing myself. A few nights ago I was with my friend and when we got into her car, I don't know how to explain it. But I just felt like I was looking at myself, thinking really clearly about my actions. I know we all think about ourselves from time to time, but this seemed as if I was actually facing myself and thinking about the way I am. It wasn't like I could actually see my face, my mind felt very clear all of a sudden. Any comments are welcome!!!
