Once while during shamanic meditations I journeyed out of the body and I met a spirit guide named 'Michael'. We were walking through what looked like a heavily forested, mountainous area. Over a rise I saw a light and, upon getting closer, I soon discovered that there was a well from which the light came. My guide told me not to go near the well as the light inside the well was from souls who were not "ready". I don't remember much after that. If anyone has any thoughts please email me.
