I Had 3 Different OOBE's

About three years ago, I had my first OOB. I was at home starting to fall asleep. When I did fall asleep it all began. My first time was weird and scary at the same time because my soul came out of me and I was staring at myself sleeping and I thought that I was dead. i tried to scream but my spirit wouldn't let me. I got used to sitting there and staring at myself. I tried to wake myself up but I couldn't do it. All of a sudden I woke up and got ready to go to work. About 4 weeks later I had another OOB. This time when I came out of my own body I knew what was happening. I started to walk around. All of a sudden my body lifted off of the ground. I started to fly through the sky. It was weird because as I was flying I could 2 different worlds. The 2 worlds I believe to have been Heaven and Hell. One of the places was a happy joyous and beautiful place. The other was dark hot and poor people walked around naked, shriveled, and looked like they were in great pain. Then that OOB ended to. My 3rd one was just the same. I think that God is giving me messages.

Don't be afraid to have an OOB. The only way that you'll have one is if your body is mentally ready for it.
