Frequent OOBEs

I am 22 and have been experiencing sleep paralysis all my life. As I got older I discovered that sleep paralysis is the precurser to an OOBE. It begins with an overwhelming vibrating sensation that feels really good almost too good that it freaks me out. At this point I realize I'm completely paralyzed except for my eyes. I later found that if I give into the overwhelming feeling I am able to escape my body.

One of the last times this happened it felt like someone (invisible) gently took my hand and it scared me so much I was praying to God to make it stop, than I relaxed. I felt my hand being pulled slowly away from me as if someone wanted me to go with them. I than felt someone kiss me on the cheek really lightly and I felt really content. I've had so many of these experiences some good and some bad this was the most pleasant. I also have a few friends who have the same OOBEs and have found out alot about it.
