Once I was sleeping over at my Friends house, then all of a sudden I was like to her "hey lets try Obeing...!" she was like "okay" so we lied back and I start to shake violently it scared me so much that I had to stop it, when I woke up I couldn't move when I could I called her (expecting her to be a wake) when she didn't call back, I figured she was sleeping, and that I had been too. In the morning I asked her about it, and she said that I must have been dreaming.
