Angel or Spirit?

I'm not for sure if this was just a spirit or a ghost. There are 4 things that' s happened. One time I was outside in my dad's big building letting my dog run around. All of a sudden I heard a woman's voice call out my dog's name, Lady. I know it couldn't have been my imagination because it was loud and it even echoed. The second is when I was walking in the kitchen and right beside me I heard my name whispered. No one else was in the house. The third is when my boyfriend spent the night. The next morning when I woke up he said he had heard his name being spoken. Me and my boyfriend believe in ghost and take it seriously. The last time is when I woke up around 1:00 in the mourning from hearing loud footsteps in my room and beside my bed. I thought it could have been my sister so I sat up and looked beside my bed. There was the outline of a figure. It was blue and white. After about 20 seconds it disappeared. Now when i'm stressed or sad or really angry, I fell a slight breeze and then relieved and happy. I'm not for sure if it's an angel or just a helping spirit but i'm glad it's here. If you have had any experiences like this please e-mail me.
