Who Shut The Door? 
Single Encounter 

Recently my Grandmother had been put in the hospital, so I went to stay with my grandfather. He is bed-ridden and can't do anything. It was about five o'clock in the afternoon so I told the nurse she could go ahead and leave since I was there. I heard her shut the door on her way out and I went up stairs to do some cleaning. I went on for more than fifteen minutes washing and drying some dishes when I heard the door close. I didn't think anything of it because I knew my brother was coming over. I said "Colin, I am up here washing dishes." I didn't hear him reply, so I went downstairs to see where he was. Colin was no where around. I started to get nervous but then I had remembered that my grandmother kept a cat in the house. She had told me not to worry if I heard any noises. I went back upstairs waiting for Colin to arrive and the phone rang. It was the nurse. She told me too check on my grandfather and make sure he was ok. Right before she hung up she said "by the way, make sure you let the cat out of the basement."

To this day I still have no idea what made the door shut.
