The White Figure

It happened last summer. Me and my friend Janelle were laying outside on my trampoline. It was just growing dark, but it was still really nice out, so we decided to lay there for a little while longer. All of a sudden, the phone rang, and I was too lazy to get it, so I let it ring a few times before going in. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with it, but when I got inside, and answered the phone, there was no one there.

Anyways...I stayed inside for a little while longer just in case the phone rang again. I waited for a few minutes, and decided that I was going to go back outside again. As I was walking to my door, I noticed that my parents' door was open. I kind of wondered about that because whenever they're not it in, they close their door. They werent home that night, so I was kind of wondering why it was open. Thinkin nothing of it, I closed the door, and started to go outside. I looked back for some strange reason, and the door was open again, and something white and hazy was hovering in the doorway. I didnt really believe I was seeing anything, but when I looked back again..it was still there, and it was so weird, because it kept growing bigger and bigger. I wasnt scared quite yet though.

I went back outside, and Janelle and I laid on the tramp for a bit longer, and then came inside. I went to the kitchen table, and sat down, but she had to go downstairs for something. I hadn't yet told her about wut I saw, because I figured I was just tired and seeing things. But as she came back up the stairs (which is rite by my parents' room), the door slowly opened, and the figure was hovering in the doorway. I didnt see it this time, but she told me wut happened. She said she was at the very top of the stairs, and she saw somethng moving out of the corner of her eye, and she looked and said she saw the door slowly opening, and then a white figure just hovering in the doorway.

WE never did figure out wut it was, but I still remmeber it to this day, and I'm kind of a little bit freaked out.
