The Gift Of the Ouija Board.

This is a story to prove that all Ouija boards are not evil.

Last Halloween my friends and I were at a party at my friend's house. We started to get bored so my friend said "lets get out the Ouija board"

I've never used the ouija board before so I was up to it. I'm always up for new experiences. I also believed in it, even before I used it.

I asked if we could contact my recently deceased friend, Lois-Mae. There were seven people in the room, and Harley, Anthony and I were controlling the indicator (or at least we were for a while).

Now to give you a general idea of the room setup:
Anthony was the medium, so he was in the middle Harley was on his right and I was on the left. And then everyone else was sitting in a circle around the board.

We started by assuming any responsiblity that may occur and not harm the others. It then went to yes. Anthony then said go ahead ask her anything. I wanted to make sure it was her so I asked

"Is this Lois-Mae D*****?" it went to yes.

"Do you know that I loved you?" it went to yes again.

"Where are you?" she spelled out "Everywhere."

"Are you with me?" She then spelled out "U - I - 1"

I didn't really understand so I looked up at Harley and said "What do you think it means?"

He said "Maybe, you and her are one together?"

So I asked her if thats what it meant, and she spelled out "d - u - h"

Definetly something she would say, but Harley never met her, and Anthony didn't know her well enough to just spell that. I couldn't have done it either because my hands were on my face (I was crying.)

It all ended when I asked if I would ever see her again, she went to "goodbye."

I got to talk to my best friend, and made peace with the fact that she was gone. And thats why I think it is a gift.
