The Dreaded Room

I as any normal 10 year old had always wanted my own room. I finally got a room of my own at the end of our 10m long hall (opposite my parents room). I always felt cold while I was in the room but I based that on the fact I was over a brick garage which got cold quite often. I am a skeptic and I don't like to think about the paranormal but some nights when I was asleep I use to feel a tingling sensation all over my body and i would always totally freak. I remember trying to call for my mum but all I could get out was a hoarse chocking noise. I remember not trying to clear my throat as I was totally scared. When I did I always called for my mother and she came. I always felt relaxed then and I am now 16 and have only had this happen in that room and a few times. I don't know what it was but my Grandmother had died a few years before but I don't think she would want to make me feel that uncomfortable. To this day I cannot without great difficulty sleep by myself alone in a room. i use to out of fear carry my little sister into my room to sleep. If you have any idea what this is or was e-mail me.
