The House Nobody Wants to Live In

I am now 35 years old and for most of my life have always been aware of psychic presences around me, I used to live in an old house in Altrincham, Cheshire (UK). When we used to sit downstairs in the evening to watch TV we (my Grandfather, Grandmother and I) could here the door opening and shutting to the room on the third floor, this room had a very good securing lock so it had no reason to do this. Other strange things happened like one night I was i my bed in the back bedroom when all my grandads records for some reason fell onto me from the cupboard behind my bed, these again where very secure and had no real reason to move. When my Grandad died a man from Canada came to stay with us (his name was Bill Scott),,the night he stayed I had the atit room or the room on the third floor,,I will always remember about 6.00am I awoke went to get a drink, on my return I tried to get back to sleep,,,I had an awful feeling I was not alone,,when all of a sudden my bed started to shake violently, I cannot to this day remember whether I ran down stairs or stayed there,,,A few years later a girlfriend came with me to see my gran,,on the way home she asked who the woman in the white hair was who sat near the piano, (she described as best i know my great gran,,who died in the attic room). A few years later 1987 my gran was very ill in hospital,,I woke up one night around 4.00am and instinctively went to the hospital,,i kissed her and said goodbye,,next morning we had the call she had died... To this day from 1987 o 2001 I have seen my grans house up for sale no fewer than at least ten time and wish I had the courage to ask any vendor why,,does anyone have any ideas.
