Something is Here

We have lived in this house for about 9 years and to tell the truth I have always believed that something is here. We have had a few experiences and I will start with mine. About the first couple of years of living here my husband was working nights so I would put the kids to bed and then retire myself. As I would start to doze off I would feel the blankets press around my legs as if someone or something was getting on the bed with me. A couple of times I was still wide awake and started talking to my husband asking why he was home early but nobody was there. It was really disturbing because I heard someone walk into the room and felt them sit at the end of the bed. Every now and then the vertical blinds in my room start moving when all the windows are closed up. My daughter and son were home one afternoon when they heard a commotion in the bathroom, they were in the living room. When they finally got the courage to go look they found the towel rack out of the wall and about 5 feet across the room behind the toilet. Believe me this really freaked them out! My daughter has had several experiences to where she was uncomfortable for a while sleeping in her room because here stereo would come on by itself and change stations, her lights would flicker and jewelry would fly off of her shelves. One night she woke up and saw a little girl sitting in her bean bag chair just staring at her. To this day Becca will not leave her beanbag empty when she goes to sleep. That is just a few of our encounters with whatever is in this house with us. We haven't been harmed yet so I guess we're o.k.
