Shaking Bed

i've been living in the same house for about five yrs now, and since we've been here many weird things have happened. Some of this things have been dissapering things, shadowy figures and many other, but none of this have been as scary as the night when I was in my room w/my sis. and we where watching tv, when suddenly i felt like my pillow was breathing I sat up to see if it was me moving the pillow or just the pillow, it was just the pillow, I told my sis. and she didnt believe me, then suddenly I felt the bed move. the bed was actualy shaking! sudenly it stopped and then it began again, by this time i was so scared that i jumped from my bed to my sis bed , she saw how scared i was ( and finally belived me) that she got of her bed and ran to my parents room, i ran after her. After that we didnt sleep in our room for about a week! now my bed hasnt moved (i got a new one!) but now and then the sofas will move.
