OOB: Ghost or Spirit?

I dont know if this is a ghost story . Sometimes when i go to bed on the couch, i feel the couch getting pushed. This happened about 3 times. Then one friday night at 2:00 in the morning i was awoken by some kind of strange shreiking. Then suddenly i felt the couch move an after a few movement of th couch it hit the table and stopped. At that time i was scared to death and was frozen watching some kind of blueish blackish material floating above me. Then the second time it happened was when i was making a sandwhich in the kitchen i heard the same shrieking noise. The last time it happend was at midnight when i was resting on the couch staring at my clocks pendulum (usually makes me go to sleep) then the pendulum stopped and started swingin rapidy until the clock fell. After that i had some other experiences but sorry thats not supposed to be in the ghost section.
