Old Barn

About 4 years ago I was out on my mother's deck having a cigarette at about six in the morning. No one else was home. This was a usual ritual for me in the morning. On this one particular winter morning I looked down to an old barn that sat on the edge of our property. (it hasn't been used for many years.) I notice a weird fog or haze around this window on the front of the barn, as I looked at it I noticed the window that on the front of the barn had a greyish sort of apparition floating about waist up in view. It was impossible for this to have been anything living, because there is no floor under this window. I of course was very scared so naturally I was trying to avoid it but, I kept finding myself almost involuntarily looking at it. Right as I was finishing, I decided that I had to look back at least one more time, and as I did I noticed it moving towards the bottom right hand corner of the window. As it was about half out of view it totally disappeared as did all of the weird mist surrounding the barn. I naturally was terrified. The weirdest part of this story is that I used to play in this barn as a child, and every single animal that I ever owned would go nuts in this one corner and bark or hiss and would run around like crazy. Ever since that experience I have almost been obsessive compulsive about ghosts and ghost stories and have learned a lot. Looking back now I can put the pieces together that there was definitely some sort of entity in that barn. Thanks for letting me share my experience.
