Naked Ghosts

one day i went to bed to sleep but i couldnt fall asleep. just then i heard a small noise but not sure what it was. i opened my eyes and there it was. it was a naked ghost. after 5 seconds it vanished. and till now, every day that ghost appears but closer and stays for longer. and i cant move myself.
