My Parents Came Home

I unfortunately lost both of my parents within a month of one another. Leaving behind the house that I grew up in for me to clear and sell. My parents had a very special love. They were extremely close throughout there life and from what I can see throughout there death and there after.
The history of there deaths was the part that I believe led up to what I uncovered later. In short, Mom was in a hospital and landed in a coma after a fluke with her getting the wrong blood. Dad at home and doing fine suddenly took a turn for the worse and he died before she woke up. He never knew she took a turn for the worse and she never knew he passed. She woke up only for a short time and then passed as well. Buried both of them at almost the same time. Mom always believed she was coming home and Dad never thought he was gonna be going anywhere, not to mention that they would not see each other again in this life.
I began to slowly take apart years of memories in the house over a period of three years. Many things of what I would call unusual happened during that time. Small things noises, voices a few times, cold blasts in certain rooms and definately scents. The scent of baby powder was evident often one of my mothers most known traits.
But then it was on one good Friday just before the house was sold that things escalated. I was there with two of my children and we said just a tiny prayer that this may be the last times we will be here in this house as we held hands. It is being sold shortly and on this good friday we ask that the new owners have many happy memories in this house much like we did. At that point we heard knocks on the wall. First one then another and we were shocked. Right by Moms chair. The house was basicaly empty. Only a few items were left.
We began then to ask questions while holding hands. The responses were given by one or two knocks for yes or no. They kept up and then after a time nothing. This brought about us doing some research on ghosts on the net. Which then led to tapes being placed in the house at all hours. Photos being taken and video. What we uncovered during the next few weeks after the knocks, before the house was sold even still gives us chills... We heard things on the tapes like the vacume being used, boxes being slide around, footsteps, doors opening and closing, clocks malfunctioning, toilet being flushed and even a voice on the tape so clear, so evident it was my Mom calling out my Dad's name. We had one full tape which appeard to sound like the old lamp near the recorder being turned on and off in a pattern.
The neighbors began to call and tell us the lights were all coming on at once in the house. The video and pictures showed numerous orbs. And there is a photo that deplicts the faces of my Mom and Dad cheek to cheek in the kitchen where they posed for many family photos in that manner. Ghostly white facial features.
I could tell you so many things that would definately make one think that we had stumbled onto something for sure in the house I grew up in. Too many unexplained things. Often when I would leave the house the outside light would blink twice. One of my mothers long time things she did when I would leave the house when she was alive.
On one of the tapes there was a sure sound of wind chimes which were no longer at the home they were in the tree over the grave at the cemetary.
At one point I guess we were being sent away as the tapes started to be shut off nightly. I guess in some way we took that as a time to leave things alone and in some way felt like a true goodbye. We prayed over the property as it was sold and hoped for the new people to live happy in the house. A young unwed mother moved in with her children.
Months and months we heard nothing from the new people. But then word has it that they also had some experiences the children being afraid to sleep there on a few ocassions!!!
My parents phone number all there married life was 0202 so those numbers said a lot about there life and there death "oh two together in life,oh two together in death, oh' two at once taken"
One of the pictures on the wall that I took home when the house was cleaned was a picture of an old country road with a beautiful setting it was purchased at a yard sale many years ago by my mother and father it was always on the wall. Oddly enough it mimics the exact site of there grave to the t' without the headstones.
I believe that Mom and Dad came back home and in a house almost three yrs after there death the activity level was just unexplainable. I pray that they have since found there way and are at peace. But its one ghost story I not only know from the heart, mind and sole but it's one that left me with a bit of peace and faith for the life thereafter. I dedicate this story to the love's of my life Betty and Victor may they rest in eternal peace in a place where there is no more pain or sad goodbye's...
