Mom's Spirit

I Promise to all who read this that this is a "TRUE" event. I say event because it's not a story, it really happened. Now that I got that out of the way, here's what happened.

I dont remember how old I was at the time but I know I was still in elementary school. My mom thinks I was about 10 or so. It was late, about 12 midnight I'd say. My mom was sleeping on the couch in the living room and me and my 2 brothers were still awake playing around in the dark. I guess we were talking about if we look at things for a long time we can see them move and about ghost.

My brothers were on the couch across the room and I was sitting on the couch that my mom was on, at her feet. When all of a sudden my brothers were screaming and yelling, A GHOST! A GHOST! I thought they were playing so I started playing like I saw one too. Then I saw a paper bag in front of me that I hadent seen before and it scared me, so I hit the bag, by then I knew what it was but still playing I ran on the couch with my brothers.

They were still screaming and yelling and crying. Pointing at my mom and yelling "LOOK AT MOM". So I looked at her not expecting to see anything, but what I saw was and still is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.

She was laying down sleeping, and all of a sudden I seen her spirit or "whatever it was" sit up, but we could still see her laying down at the same time. Then it put it's hand to its head , like to cut the sun off or something, and started looking around the room. It then looked at us and stopped and Turned its body around. We were just screaming and yelling so loud.

This is the part that gets fuzzy. I was so scared that I turned and looked out the window screaming for my brother that was at work hoping he would come home and save me. It seemed I was doing this for ever. The next thing I know is my dad turning the light on and it was gone. My brothers didnt turn around and said that this spirit or ghost had gotten up and started walking tords them. I just thank god that I didnt see that part.

Sorry for this being so long but I just wanted to Tell it like it happened. The reason why I posted this is because I have been searching for a answer of what it might have been and what it wanted and why it happened..So if anyone thinks they can help me.
