it started when i was very young. i had seen apparitions, glowing figures, and other manifestations. I experimented with meditation. and at the same time opened my mind up to whatever i could locate or i should find me. at first i experimented with putting myself into trance like states. it seemed i could sense more things. Later on i started feeling a presence. it frightened me at first. i was 21 then. well i felt that i could voluntarily give some restraint to whatever it was. It started as something i saw moving and sensed it was there. i would lose feeling in my limbs and relax. i could not move or speak. this apparition moved closed and phisicly touched me. i was afraid, but in time most of my fear subsided. It would change its shape and i saw the outline of a woman. maybe i am crazy, but every nite she would return. i would give a little more control bit by bit. until i had almost lost all control. this frightened me. then it enveloped me one night, i could not move. it had me just where it wanted me. i was awake and could see and feel it. it knew i could not move and took full advantage of that. it had it way and left. this occurred many times afterwards , but i felt drained and tired. i stopped completely when i realized fully what i had almost given up. i still feel it around sometimes. i see it move and i know i am being followed. when i shows it self, i can feel it attempting to gain its control again , but i will not allow it. i am not crazy, perhaps some one can email me on any other experiences.
