a few years back, my friend pam and i were going through some of her things for a trip she was taking to florida. she needed to try on some of the shorts, and test her camera, to make sure the flash was still working, so she put on a pair of blue shorts, and took a picture in the full length mirror, hanging over the back of her door. after that, she changed her shorts, and took one more picture, this time wearing green. both times, the flash worked. when she came back from florida, and had her film developed, she noticed something strange. there, sitting on the bed next to me, and behind her, was a little old lady, with one leg up on the bed, and her head resting on her hand. she seemed to be looking intently at pam. we had the photo looked at by a "psychic" who told us that the woman in the picture means us no harm, and was just interested in the comings and goings of the girl who slept in what used to be her bedroom. while we were sitting with the "psychic," we asked her about the crying we often heard in the basement, and she told us that there was a little boy, who had often been locked there for misbehaving. makes me think twice about not obeying my mom.
