Baby Loving Ghosts

My husband, two year old son and I moved into a fourplex townhouse building. We were in the corner house and they were all one story. When we moved in the landlady told us that anyone who moved in and was able to, would get pregnant. Also at this time her house was getting an add on because she was haveing a baby. After we lived there a couple months, I joked with her that we would love to have an extra room put on our area. She told me that if i had two more kids in the next six months, they would. A month after this I found out i was pregnant, and on new yrs eve I found out I was having twins. I found this a little ironic. Also in this complex, at night we could hear what sounded like people walking around upstairs. It wasnt a sound of critters getting in the attick or whatever. If you have ever lived in an apartment building, you know the sound of people walking around above you. This is what it sounded like. We had neighbors that went away one weekend and while they were gone one evening my husband and I were laying in bed. Our room was opposit their living room, and we heard sounds like they were home. When we went over all the lights were off. We looked in the window with a flashlight and there was nobody inside. We never fealt any fear or anything odd.
