when i was 17 my parents separated and me and my mom moved to an apartment. our apt # was 666 my mom said maybe we should pick a different apt, but that was the only one available when we needed it. not being superstitous, i told my mom it'll be fine. well late at night i could hear chanting, it sounded like it was coming from my bathroom (i had the master bedroom) so i got up & walked in my bathroom. i could hear it the loudest in the corner of the shower, but i could never make out what they were saying. i thought it could be the strange neighbors, since that was the wall closest to the apt. next to us. but when ever i took a shower i always felt kind of scared & like someone was watching me. i always left the bathroom door open.

One morning me & my boyfriend were going to disney world (he spent the night the night before) we woke up at 5:00 a.m. and left by 6:00 a.m. It's about a 4 hr drive, we left disney around 10:00 p.m. and got home around 2 or 3 a.m. We were both extremely tired.

I went up to the apartment while he was getting stuff out of the car. I walked by my mom's room she was sleeping. Then I went in my room & in my bathroom. I brushed my teeth & started washing my face. I heard my mom's voice right behind me say"rachael", she caught me off guard & I said "what" in an irritated voice, because she kind of scared me. But she didn't answer. I thought maybe she was upset for the way I yelled what, but I turned right around & said "mom" she wasn't there. I started walking through the living room, thinking she started heading back to her room, she wasn't there. I went all the way to her room & she was still in bed sound asleep with the covers still over her!!!

I ran out of the apartment in just my t-shirt down stairs to the parking lot where my boyfriend was. I was soooo scared!!! We couldn't sleep in the same room so I slept with my door open.

luckily my parents got back together & we only had to live there a couple of months. This happened 6 years ago it still gives me chills when I think of it.
