The Whispers!

I'm really not sure of this story all I know is it scared me to death, and it's happened twice!

The first time this happened my cousin had come to spend the night with me. She and I were in the bed trying to go to sleep. As all teenagers do, we set up and talked forever in the dark. Well, we both got tired I guess cause we got really quiet. I was laying there in complete silence and I heard something whisper my name. The scary thing is it was right next to my ear. I immediately popped up and said "what" because I thought it was my cousin. Come to find out I scared her to death when I jumped because she was asleep. Needless to say I went to sleep as quick as I could and just told her about it the next day.

The second time it happened my little sister who is 6 years younger than me (I'm 16 now and this happened about 1 year ago) was spending the night in my room that night. We were laying in my bed talking and laughing just like in the story above. (It's always been very hard for me to get to sleep any way) when we finally settled down and was going to go to sleep. We had been quiet about maybe 10 to 15 minutes and I heard it again only it was louder this time. Well, this time my sister popped up and said "Manda, what was that?" I asked her if she heard it too and what she had heard. She heard the very same thing in the same tone of voice and It's always in a whisper.

My mom has also had this kind of experience. About 1 month ago she was laying in the bed by herself and heard a man's voice call her name. The scarry thing is it came from behind her and she was facing the door. No one was in the room but her and her dog!
