Someone Is Watching Me at Night

There is a feeling i get at night of a man who waits for everyone to fall asleep before he comes to watch me as i sleep. One night i was falling asleep and i felt someone sit on the end of my bed,as if they were watching me, i tried to pull the covers up but they wouldn't move, so i became very nasty and yelled at what i thought to be someone, as i yelled i felt the person get up off of my bed, nights later i had a friend stay over, we could hear someone walking around the house, which was weird because no one else was home. Tha night as we lay in bed the covers were ripped off of us, we were so scared that we couldn't move. To be honest none of my friends like to spend the night because of the happenings. Months later i was laying in bed while looking at all of the glowing things in my room. I noticed something i had not noticed before, so i went to the end of my bed to take a look. When i got close enough to make it out i noticed that it was a man, he was a very faint misty image which was very hard to make out at first but i knew what it was. He had his arm proped up on my dresser and watched me sleep. I calmly asked him to leave but because i was so scared i turned on my light and left it on so i couldn't see him. If anyone knows how i can talk to him please let me know.
