my grandfather lives on a farm in santa barbra. and there is a creek not far from his home. he had said that he had taken a walk one evening because the night was so warm. well, he had said he heard a distant cry, and that it sounded like it was coming from further down the creek. he decided to walk in the direction of the noise to see if he could find anyone there. he said as he approached a bit farther down the creek he notice a woman in white a few feet away. he also saw that there was something very strange about this woman, she seemed to glow and was knelt down by the water. he then said that she turned and saw him and he instantly became frightened by her presence. he began to walk away realizing that he knew who he had just encountered because he had heard stories about the lady in white. that would always appear by rivers or streams of water crying out for her children. but as he looked back in his tracks he saw her standing before him and instantly she disappeared. now, i dont know if it really happened but, for some odd reason i have some belief he did see something out of the ordinary that night. only because i have felt some weird "vibes" on his farm.

i just wanted to share this story with you because i was surprised to read an experienced that someone else had had likewise as my grandfather.
