I was working in Louisville, Ky and had been staying at a hotel for a period of about six months.

One night after going to bed, I awoke in the middle of the night feeling as if someone were jumping on the bed. I opened my eyes and saw a man on the bed, walking across it towards me. His eyes were blue and his hair was long and blonde. He was standing over me watching me. The strangest part was actually feeling him walk him across the bed and actually seeing the indentations on the mattress.

Because I was so frightened, I sat up in bed and struggled to turn the light on in a panic. Needless to say, I never went back to sleep.

The next day, I told a coworker about the experience and he related a very similar one to me. He had been staying in the same hotel and had woke up one night to find someone or something shaking the end of the bed. He said he thought he was just tired but that it felt so real.

This is not the first time something like this has happened. I also have infrequent occurrences in my home. Seeing lids from pans rising from the kitchen counter and towels (kitchen) rising and moving.
