While living in a house on Perry Rd., I noticed odd things occurring. There were little things at first. Mainly odd feelings and objects around the house dissappearing. Then my then two year old son started talking to an imaginary friend. A friend of mine would bring her two year old son over very fregently, and soon they both were playing with this imaginary friend.

One day as my friend and I were playing cards, I looked out the window and saw that my garage door was open. I was sure I had closed it that morning. The garage door was hard to close, harder to open for it was very old. My friend and I decided to go out and close it.

A short while later, I had looked out and saw it was open again. Again we went out and closed it. This went on many more times. Neather of us wanted to admit something unnatural was happening.

Later that night, my two year son said "Jory" and pointed to the middle of the sitting room. Then he went to the front door, opened it and said "Bye Jory". I asked him where Jory had went and he pointed to a window opposite the door. This was starting to really worry us both.

A few nights later, my friend Jamie (the mother of the other two year old) and two other friends (Beth and Ruby) were over. We were all in the dinning room, and the two boys were up stairs in my son's room playing. All of a sudden the boys started screaming. Ruby and Jamie fled up stairs. When they came down with the boys, Ruby said "your house is haunted". I called my mom, and she said that what ever is there wasn't going to leave, so live with it or move out. I decided to stay for a few months anyways.

It was obvious that Jory was a child since the boys would call her "baby". I also found out from my neighbor next door that she too had problems in her house. She often heard a baby crying in her house. My garage was inbetween my house and the neighbor's. The garage door still would not stay shut. Jory made herself known in the house by moving my plants to the middle of the plant room, turning off lights, and playing with the monopoly game. She often played pranks, but they were harmless.

One day as I sat on the couch, I noticed my lighter was gone. I said "Jory, bring me back my lighter", she did. She sat it on my leg. Shortly I got up to vaccuum. I saw the monopoly car on the floor. I picked it up and put it in the box. It was on the floor again. After the third time of putting it away, I told Jory to leave it alone. She did.

Around that time I had got a dog, but it was only there for a few hours. The dog came from a family who had many children and was suppose to be very freindly and good with kids. The dog however, attacked both my son and my freinds son. Neither of the boys were near the dog when it jumped at them and bit both of them on the faces.

Then the light in the kitchen started going off and on and continued for days. I called the landlord and he sent out his repair man. He said nothing was wrong with the light, and that it must be a ghost or something. I told him my son had an imaginary friend (afraid to tell I already knew that). I said that I had never seen this imaginary friend though, and he said "maybe someday you will" and left.

One two occations something was seen. My friend Beth way a little girl with big blue eyes, white porcelain skin, and no hair. She said the little girl was beautiful. Another friend saw an older boy with dark brown hair. Two other friends saw (two seperate occassions) a fire outside the window. There was no fire.

Another interesting thing happened. watches would stop when ever they were worn in the house, and start working again when worn outside the house.

One day a window upstairs got broken out, but noone up up there.

The worse happened when I decided I couldn't live there anymore. I was getting to scared. During the packing, Jamie and Beth came over, then another friend came over with her two children for me to babysit. Jamie put her son to bed in my son's room and all the rest of us were in the living room. The boy started yelling "baby die, baby die..." and started screaming. Jamie when up and got him. He had a bite on the top of his head. He said Jory bit him.

We all sat in the living room, scared, waiting for the mother of the other kids to return to pick up her kids. Jamie started reading from the bible. We heard crying from up stairs, so she read louder and louder got the crying, until Jamie was yelling words from the bible. We decided to take all the kids to her house and leave a note for the mother. As we were leaving, things were being thrown against the walls up stairs as the crying continued. I move out after that.

I have ran across a few people through the years who had either lived there or in the neighborhood, who gave details that would only be known if they had been in that house before. Their accounts of what they incountered were simular. The ghosts were children. I found out some years later that three houses were involved, and all were being haunted by children. I had lived there for six months, but I learned that I was one of the longest resedents of that house, except for the children. Many questions plegue my mind. Why where they still there? How did they die? Why (till this day) the garage door open? And the fire outside the window? The house was very old and so were the other neighboring houses (1900's).
