Ok..Now in Jonesboro there are a lot of ghost stories that are just stupid..but this one ..this one is different..The old story of Bono Bridge..and I've heard different versions so I hope this is the right one..A group of people went to the bridge to party and one kid went down to the railroad tracks that run under the bridge ..a train came by and of course the person..Ive heard it was a guy then I have heard it was a girl..so anyway the person is found dead 3 miles down the track..draged by the train..and if you are on the bridge after a train passes you will se a person either waliking on the tracks, or being drug behind the train..well me and a group of my friends went to the bridge one night around 3 in the morning er so and we were talking about the story and how lame it was..out of no where a car comes on the bridge..now on a dirt/gravel road you will hear a car and see dust..well we saw nothing..it was a old car ..looked like it may have been a 70's model..we all just stood there and a lady stepped out of the car..she had long curly gray hair and was wearing a long very 60's looking dress she had on a lot of bangel braclets and a necklass made of wooden beeds..we talked to her, she said she had a friend who lived out there near Gipson Cemetary and we asked if she had heard the ghost stories about the bridge..she said to us.."no matter where you are there are spirits and if you want to see one..think about it..and sooner or later you will"...with that and a smile..we all got in our car and she got in hers she left just about 2 mins. before us..we followed and ..the car vanished..no dust..no lights..nothing..it was gone..now I know people are gonna dismiss this story and a tall tale and i really dont care...but I do wonder..was she the ghost..
