I live in a small town outside of San Antonio. In this small town there is a small Barrio which used to be a mining site. When the company had finished mining here they gave the area to the miners. Most of my family has lived here and there aren't too many of the people that live in this area that doesn't know of this tale. My great uncle had told me when I was younger about this man who was walking home on the train tracks at night. He must have been drunk because he did not hear the train coming and he was ran over by the train. His head had been cut off. My uncle told me of one particular night in which he had came home late from work. As he was passing the railroad tracks, which is the only way to get into the barrio, it had turned midnight. When he crossed he noticed someone runnin towards the car. The figure then jumped on the back of the car and that was when my uncle noticed he had no head. He tried to pick up speed and as he passed the small church that had been built there, The figure disappeared. Not too many people I tell this story to, wait around to find out if it always happens.
