Is It Exorcism?

One time a long time ago at my house I was acting angry for the past couple days, I use to come home be by myself, have a very bad attitude with my family so the 3rd day come along and my father didn't like the way I was acting so my father came in my room and I tried my best to kick him out and he refuse so I walked into the living room angry and I was VERY, VERY, VERY angry and up to this day I still don't know so why I was angry anyway my mother grabbed my hand and kept on asking me "what's wrong? is someone bother you" and my father looked at me strangely in my face and he said to my mother I can see a bad spirit in him so after I heard that I released my arm from my mother trying to proceed in my room as fast as I can and my father blocked my path and grabbed my forehead and the back of my head and shake me hard screaming "Satan I rebuke you in the name of Jesus, go back to hell where you come from, stop taking over my sons body, I rebuke you or any devil in this house go by the power of God I send you back to HELL" after my father said that I felt a big relief and my mother and father looked at me and notice that my swollen angry face was back to normal, while they was looking at my countenance my father hands that he held my head with was very warm and he was complaining to my mom that his hand felt hot and numb and he shook it off till it felt normal.

Was a bad spirit in my body? I guess so but whatever the case is I am glad my mother and father (who served in a big religious community in Jamaica) had the knowledge to do what they had to do and thank God for sending his angels over me...
