When I was little, around 5 or 6,we lived in a house near Garrett oklahoma. The house set on a crossroads, said to be in the path called "tornado alley" Me and my younger brother would sleep together, and would wake up hearing voices of hispanic men talking in the attic. We were scared and would run to mom. This happened numorous times. My father worked on the oil rigs, and would have to drive around checking the pressure or what have you, he worked alone, so he would alternate days when he would take me or my brother with him. This certain day it was my turn to go, so we went. My mom was washing dishes, with our rocking chair to her back, facing away from her. She said she heard the chair rocking really hard, and said, "mike, stop rocking that chair so hard" (mike, my younger brother) It didn't stop. she said, "mike, I said stop rocking that chair so hard"..It didn't stop. by this time she was pissed. she walked into the front room and in front of the chair. There was noone in the chair, yet it continued to rock as hard as ever! She didn't know whether to be scared or what, she said she had the sudden urge to laugh. She said to the chair, or whatever was in it, "you can rock that chair all you want too, god is here to protect me and my family, you can do us no harm" She said that the chair stopped immediatly. After continuously running to moms room after being woken up in the middle of the night, dad decided to show us that nothing was in the attic. When he got up there, the only thing in there was an old rocking chair. (this story is the most detail I can remember, from mom telling us what happened)
