when we moved to Flagstaff Arizona, I had a visit from my grandma. 

I had just been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. I was very close to my grandma while she was alive, and although she is dead now, I still very close to her. I did not believe in ghosts until I had this experience. My sister in law is a psychic, and after I got home from work she told me she felt like a flash that I happened to see in my room the previous night was my grandma, and she was worried about me. 

I now believe that once your loved ones die, especially those that were close to you, they do not leave, they are still with you in spirit.
