Good vs Evil

My family and I bought these two mobile homes three years ago we bought them knowing that the trailers and 20 acres were supposedly haunted. 

I being of a open mind and a past of many sightings welcomed the thought of having ghosts unfortunately i haven't had that many experiences since we've been living here. 

I'm the type who likes ghosts and have communicated with a few although it still causes those little hairs on the back of my neck to stand up and i have to sleep with the lights on for a few weeks. Both of these mobile homes are in working order, we (we being my husband and three children ages 10,8,6 and myself) live in one and rent the other they were owned by two elderly couples and are very close together. 

We have trouble keeping tenants in the rental because the ghost(s) are very picky as to whom should live there so far they've only liked one tenant. My stepdaughter although they have played a few mean tricks one in particular was very frightening. 

She had laid down on a mattress in her bedroom to take a nap and was woken by the sensation of being paralyzed all she could do was move her eyes the next instant she felt felt something like a person running up and down the length of the bed. This only lasted about a minute and then she was "free". At the same time i felt a strong need to go over and check on her. 

You see my ghost lets us know when the evil ghost is up to his tricks. We are not scared of our ghost our home has sense of protection around it when you walk in you feel it. People have commented on this. It also will not let us turn off the bathroom light at night and it turn lights on for you before you get to them. 

The other ghost on the other hand likes to throw things (I have witnessed this). It has also turned all the burners on the gas stove with no pilot lights lit. this almost killed a girl whom the day before "insulted" it by saying she wasn't afraid of any ghosts. 

I have had pictures fly across the room and come inches from my head. My eight year old has has a glass jar from the spice cupboard fly out at him. One tenant had his trash can thrown across the room. my stepdaughters dog absolutely refuses to go in the master bedroom. Everyone who lives there seems to have a violent nature even if they didn't before living there. Realationships don't seem to last for those who were happy before living there.

Unfortunately my ghost has picked me to be the one to "clean" up the other ghosts messes i seem to know when things have happened. I always know when to go over and lend a sympathetic ear to those who have fallen victim to "evils tantrums" as those of us who know about and have experience him first hand call it. I seem to be aware when something is about to happen i have a strong feeling that i need to protect the unaware. I truly believe this is our ghost the good ghost using me to help. It's a feeling i can't explain and believe me i wish i could. It doesn't help the landlord tenant relationship to have your nosey landlady at your house at odd hours of the night banging on the door or the side if the mobile home under the master bedroom window asking to come in. If they are upset at me they aren't for long. My ghost has never been wrong yet. Needless to say after my stepdaughter moved we decided not to rent the other trailer again.

Now the evil ghost can live in peace........
