I am new to this and I liked the info on Paranormal activity.. so I thought
I would share my own experience. About a year ago, while working at a gas
station known as The Beehive here in Sarnia, Ontario, CA, I came across
various stories on the history of the building. Most notably were the
painted over sign reading 'Methodist Church, 1886', the fact the place used
to be a hotel (one of our customers was born there), however the site has
been a gas station/variety store for many years now. One story that stood
out was that one of the origional owners of the 'Beehive' practically lived
in the back room of the building with his cot, stove, etc, till one day he
had a heart attack and passed away. Since that time, there have been a
couple of owners, but I did not come into employment till after the new
owner took over. Many renovations have been made including the relocation of
one on the doorways (you can still see where the door was). One evening
while working with another co-worker, standing side by side cleaning shelves,
we witnessed something that made me ever so excited. From the spot of the
old doorway, we both happened to witness and image of someone walking
through the doorway, and behind the counter before vanishing. When it was
gone, we both looked at eachother, pale as (excuse the pun) ghosts. I
became excited and intrigued and ran over there, as my co-worker just stood
there in shock. She quickly denied the whole thing, but I truly do believe I
saw a ghost, possibly of the old owner. I have yet to see a photo of that
person to compare it to what I saw... but nothing yet. It was an amazing
experience, no matter how short, but I hope it occurs again.
