This is the story I was told by a friend two or three years ago. It has no name. I will call it " El Diablo" for know. He claims to have witnessed this and when he told the story he swore it was true. I'm not sure but it was a good story. Believe what you want. Use your imagination well and it will scare you. A bit of background first, I live in west-central Texas in a small town 100 miles fromt the Mexican border. Many people in this area claim to have had some sort of experience or know someone who has. Some more believable than others. We were returning home from a trip from a nearby city with other, and we decided to tell ghost stories I remember many of them but this one will be told every time I tell ghost stories. This friend, I'll call him Chris, started his story and so will I.
Chris's great-aunt had just died, she had lived in Mexico like much of his family. They were at her house and Chris and his dad had gone out riding horses. When they got in sight of the house the horses started acting skitish. To sidetrack animals especially horses are supposed to be able to sense demons, ghosts, etc. When they came closer they heard screams. Chris's dad told him to stay there and went inside. Chris's curiousity got him. He went up to a window and looked in. In his great-aunt's favorite chair was her sister screaming and struggling with her eyes rolled back. Chris has an uncle that is pretty big uncle who is very strong, and normally his great-aunt's siter was weak. But his uncle was trying to hold her down and couldn't do it. She got away and started to try to climb up the walls. Chris's dad and uncle got her in a chair and restrained her. The women started praying and trowing Holy water on her. I can't remember the Spanish words but what she was screaming meant "It burns!!! It burns!!!!". Somebody yelled "Who are you?" to try and bring her back to sanity. Her reply ,though I was not there, was extremely chilling. She replied in a deep demonic voice "El Diablo". "El Diablo" is Spanish for "The Devil".
Like I said I don't know how much is true. i never found out what happened in the end. You can use your imagination for that part too. This is one of my favorite story. Thank you for hearing it.
