Blue Ghost Thingy

Somewhere in Ohio, I forget where, there is the ghost of a girl named Anna. The weird things about her are, she walks like a normal human, and she's blue. 

I'll tell you her story now. She was going to be married to some guy. But the way they shouted bloody-murder at each other, you'd think they'd never stay together to see their wedding day. After yelling at each other, they'd kiss and make up, but one day, Anna seemed to have enough of fighting and kissing. Something her beau said must have made her think he was cheating on her, because one night, they were sitting in his car kissing and whatever else lovers do. 

She pulled a big knife out of her bag and sawed his head off. (How nice!!) Then she carried the head to a near-by hill, and sat near the top, cradling it. She was muttering to it, sweet nothings. He was hers, now and forever. Then she cut her jugular vein. They found her and the head the next morning. The sheriff said it looked like after she cut her jugular vein, she rose and walked a bit down the hill. 

Now, if you go to that hill and say "Anna!" she'll appear and walk like any human. She'll be glowing blue, and when she gets to the bottom of the hill, she will disappear.
