About 10 years a go I went out drinking with friends. I started drinking around 7pm that night and drank very heavy till 4am the next morning. Well when I came home of course I was very intoxicated. I lived with my grandmother and the house was flooded from a lot of rain that we had the week before and the basement was full of water. Well when I went into the house it was very hot and only half of the electricity was working. There was a window air conditioner in a window which had no power to it. I then stumbled out to the garage and got a extension cord. I then ran the cord across the living room and plugged the AC in. I then passed out on the couch. Now after drinking as much as I did and passing out, there was no chance in waking me up. I've had friends try to when I've drank less. After an hour of laying there I just shoot out of bed , I don't think my arms were even used to help me up. I just came strait off the couch and stood there for a second and I realized that I was stone sober, after only an hour of sleep, that would be impossible. I then looked over and one of the chairs was on fire, so I took a blanket that I got off the back of the couch and tried to put it out. I then saw that the fire was spreading across the carpet rather fast and it was to late.

After the police showed up, I went and sat in the cop car and all of a sudden it was like an energy force left me and I was drunk again.

People die all the time in fires in their sleep. On top of sleeping I was extremely intoxicated, there's no way I should have survived. By the way, the extension cord shorted out. I've came close to death over and over, I believe that I'm being kept alive for some reason, I can't explain it any other way!
