While stationed in the military in South Dakota in the late 80's and early 90's my then son age 3 and daughter age 1 1/2 experienced something that my wife and I have yet to truly figure out.

For sometime our three year old son talked about God and going up (Pointing to the sky) there with God in a pump. (Spacecraft?) As our son was too young to describe spacecraft, it was our assumption that this was a ufo because we lived on a military installation and our children were use to airplanes and helicopters. We asked him if he meant an airplane and he again stated "NO, A PUMP" Our daughter who was not even old enough to link words into sentences stomped her foot and said, "God...in Pump".

We had no cable TV and were in a remote area, we had no books about abductions and we had no babysitters who new or believed in anything paranormal. We were discussing our situation with a friend who asked if we thought our children were being abducted... she offered and brought over a time-life book with aliens and space craft in it. Our son sat on our friends lap and gently flipped the pages of this book until he came upon a picture of a (Grey Alien) and he screeched "God... this is God" our daughter came running and looked smiling, and said, "God...in the pump" Both of our children were very excited and continued to flip through the pages, saying "God..God...God..."

My wife and I felt confused and upset but, tried not to being too much attention to the situation. Later that week we drove to Denver, Colorado. On the way home, early in the morning I looked up in the clear western sky and commented on the north star to my wife. My son said "that is not the star Dad it is where God lives, I have gone there in the PUMP with God and I wish it would hurry and get over with."

We asked him what had to hurry and get over with? "I see fire and dead bodies and the earth is cracking up and people are crying and God is sad...I don't want to talk about it anymore". We arrived home and attempted to asked our son what he saw again and he refused to talk about it. We moved four years later and have on one occasion brought it up, and our son said only, "I wish it were over". He is now 14 years old and writes music and sings songs about GOD!!! Whatever our children experienced is still not truly known to us, but we have supported them in their experiences and are a bit more open to paranormal events in our world.
