Well it all started out one day when i went to my friend Justins house. His woods were usually normal but then things started to happen in them that were unexplainable. We go up there sometimes but not anymore. Sometimes we were up there deer would run out of nowhere right at us. The first time it was just one , the second two, always bucks. Another time we heard this weird hissing noise like an animal but there was nothing around. It didnt sound like a regular animal. Another time we heard voices but we couldn't make out what they were saying. We searched the woods and found no one. His woods are practicly in the middle of nowhere so i dont think people would be back their.

After all this happened the next year Justin told me the woods were fine now but i think there is still a presence. I think so because i read a ghost story form a book called "Berks The Bizarre". It's a book about ghost stories in berks county near where we live. It told of a Hessian soldier that got lost from his regiment in the Civil War. They said he found an old house in the woods and took shelter their. Then when he was in the basement someone killed him. No one knows who did it or how. The people who work at Camp MenchMill said that they have seen the ghost sometimes. My story could be related to this occurence. The camp is near Justins woods so maybe i'm right.
