The Burn on MY Belly

I was only 15 years old. It was 1985 and at the time I thought that I was experiencing the trials of puberty. But somehow I knew that what I was going through was unusual.

All my life I have been driven to search for explanations to the paranormal experiences that have served as the basis of my life. From my near death at birth to the sparse occurrences of OBE's that started before I was five to things that I can't even begin to explain here I have been drawn to find answers to the mysteries that have met me in life. After recently reading "Confrontations" and "Dimensions" by Jacques Vallee I realize that what I experienced was not an isolated incident and further research had made me aware of the fact that what happened to me is very real. Much of what I went through could easily be cast aside as a drawn out psychotic episode. However, the term "PSYCH" is but an unintelligent fetus when compared to the thousands of years of documented history of paranormal phenomena in all walks of life. I thank God that I am not a doctor or member of any other establishment that would attempt in any way to hinder that which appears to be true. And that is what I am searching for. Absolute truth.

For weeks I was in a confused daze of de' ja vu and strange dreams. Often I would come consciously awake at night to find my body entirely paralyzed. Unable to move or even breathe, in my mind, I would cry out for help while fully aware that my body was not responding in any way. While experiencing what I can only describe as pain I sometimes felt aware of other intelligent energy sources near me but not in any physical sense. On at least two occasions I found myself outside of my body and was so sure of it that I promptly told my brother and mother of these OBE's who quickly dismissed them as dreams. Then, one night, I rose from my bed to the window and to this day don't know if I was in my body or not. The moment my eyes adjusted to the light outside everything i saw lit by an extremely bright light as if it were lightning but it stayed lit. Then three beings only 12 inches tall seemed to "leap frog" toward me in a strobe light like manner. I can remember them conveying some message of peace to me in a telepathic manner and I replied in total joy and love "I've been waiting for you."

When I woke I knew something strange had happened and almost immediately felt a something like a burn on my stomach. When I looked I was a big triangle like a sunburn I showed my mom and told her that I had been "taken by a UFO or aliens or something" and that she should take a picture because this red mark on my belly was proof. She of course told me that it was from sleeping in a strange position but she could not feel the first degree burn pain that I felt. I also remember coming up with some strange philosophy about a sister earth which in conjunction with the burn on my stomach, which I showed to anyone who wanted to see, caused quite a sensation in my school to the extent that people I hardly knew were asking me to describe the idea to them.
