Help Me Out

I am a local teenage girl, into horror and ghosts just like all of my other friends. We do all of the funnest things together like Ouija and tell horror stories, but we never thought we'd actually see a ghost.
I have always been into money, so when I was asked to baby sit on New Year's I said "fine". Unfortunately there were going to be too many kids for me to handle by myself so I called one of my good friends to help me. She came over to my house about six o'clock and we had fun hanging out and watching movies until eight.
At this time we were picked up to go to the house we would spend the night at. We arrived and went to meet the kids we would be with all night. One of the kids was eighteen months old and would be sleeping two stories above where the kids would be with us. This was a problem, but my friend and I, we'll call her Can (nickname), decided we'd take turns checking on her every half hour.
For the first two hours everything went peacefully, but then I started getting this creepy feeling. I didn't tell anyone, mainly because I didn't want to scare the kids, and I tried to ignore the feeling. Less than a half an hour later I got the eerie feeling again. I told Can to come with me and I told her that I had this really creepy feeling and that I was going to go check on the baby.
I went up the stairs and the baby was perfectly all right. I went back down stairs, but I couldn't shake the feeling that something was totally wrong. Back downstairs I sat with the kids, but less then ten minutes afterwards the dog started barking and the feeling came back. I went to the stairs again, followed closely by Can and two of the girls. I told her that I had the feeling again and that I'd be right back. Can said that she had the feeling too and it was starting to freak her out. We told the two girls to go back and watch the movie and we went upstairs.
As we ascended the stairs the dog barked louder and louder from its place in the basement. I started to go up the stairs, but I got the biggest scare of my life. I stopped dead in my tracks, which resulted in Can bumping into me.
"What did you do that for?" she asked, but she needed no answer because she saw the reason. Both of us stared as the shapeless cloud moved towards the baby's room and opened the door. As soon as it had shown up it disappeared. I stood in awe for a moment but then I realized that I should check on the baby. I went in and realized that the baby was face down. Can checked and we realized she was having trouble breathing. Without thinking I reached and picked her up and she started crying. Her face was red and it was obvious she hadn't been able to breathe.
I saw her guardian angel, and I thank him/her for its help.
