Sept/ 1996 my husband & I went horse-back riding-- I had felt an ominous feeling that day (as I do when something wrong is going to happen)-- As I had not done this in years, they gave the "quiet" horse to me to ride.. As we approached the end of the trail, the horse bolted, for no reason .. all i remember is the feeling of being "carried" to the ground--My husband said it even looked as though I was being carried in slow motion.. Except for a few bruises & sore muscles for a day or so, it was as though it didn't happen.-- I should have fallen on the wire fence & been hurt very badly but I was carried to the other side onto the grass.. The girl leading us on the trail, said "It is a miracle" ---- and it was-- an angel did carry me & saved me from being hurt very badly, maybe even paralyzed.. Those who were there know & believe this including me>>> I had other experiences in my life which I let pass..but after this one, I believed! ---- And the timing was meant to be then.. Because for the next 4 years, a lot of Grief & Stress was in my life & The only thing that kept me going was my faith>> I know the Lord gave this turning point to me in my life, to give me the faith that I needed to make it through the next 4 years (everything began within the next week) // I had always believed in God, but in all sincerity , My faith was not that strong.. I know now that I can handle anything with the Lord's help>.. and angels are there to help us, .... many times throughout these 4 years, I thought the Lord gave me too much to handle at times-- but I now know as time passes, He has been there for me, when things really got rough & He saw me through everything!
