One speeding ticket later and in the wee hours of the next morning we stumbled through the front door of my Aunt and Uncle's home in Tennessee. They were barely awake for breakfast and shocked at our appearance. My mother simply said "Where is Pap?" Hope you are ready for more - Five years later I was expecting a child. This was an especially nervous time for me as I had already lost three pregnancies before and I wanted a baby so badly that I could taste it. To my delight, the pregnancy went well until 12 days before an early delivery and in full labor, I had to have an emergency appendectomy.
