The Utica State Lunatic Asylum

I had just came home from a driving lesson and was tired from work earlier. I turned on the TV, and layed down on the couch, I soon drifted into a lite sleep. I dreamt that I was in the same room but I was moving things and talking to someone, I am not sure who it was though. I looked through the window on the door and saw a black figure staring in at me, and thats when I woke or think I woke. I was in that state between sleep and awake, where my eyes were open but I was not completely aware of everything around me. I looked up and saw the black figure over me, I couldn't move my body. I saw the person or thing I was talking to in the corner closest to me. I closed my eyes and when I opened them I was completely awake and the figures were gone but I still couldn't pick up my head or move, I also had a massive headache.

I didn't know what to do, I was home alone so even if I could speak no one would be there to help me. Finally I could move again, so I got up and went into the house and locked the door to that room and as I did I saw the black figure walk out the door that leads to the outside. I had to let the dog out before I retired to my room for the night. To get to the front of the house from the back I had to go through the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen window is at the side of the house and the window in the dining is in the front of the house. While I was walking through the kitchen I saw the black figure in the window, and then in the dining room window. I didn't want to open the door because the dining room window is right next to the front door but the dog had to go outside, when I did open the door the figure was across the street then just faded.

My theory:

In the city I live in there is an old psychiatric asylum, a lot of bad things happened in there when it was open. (This asylum is where the "Utica Cribs" originated.) Now it is haunted by the patients and doctors that used to inhabit it(one of my friends is clairvoyant). My friends and I like to go there and drive around and see if we might be able to see something. Sometimes ghosts get into the car or the really powerful ones follow us home. We were there recently and the figure I saw might have been a malicious ghost of a patient. It happened before to another girl's house but instead of one ghost, a portal opened from her house to the asylum and it let in many ghosts. I had Anthony(clairvoyant) over and he said there was no portal but he did feel something, but he's not sure where the ghost came from. I will keep you posted if anything else happens.
