The Navy Waltz

Hi my name is Amanda. I have had many 'visits' by ghosts. The one that sticks out in my mind is 'The Navy Waltz'. This happened about 2 years after i moved to Cleveland. I moved into a double house and the room above mine is vacant and has been because nobody lives upstairs from me and hasent for 6 years.

I would sit in my bed waiting for myself to fall asleep. Well one night I heard footsteps above my head. I figured that it was nothing so i went to sleep. I woke up the next day went to school did the normal routine. That night I heard the footsteps again. I was really scared so i went and slept with my mom.(I was about 11 or 12 at the time and knew nothing about ghosts.)

Over the corse of the next 2 years I would only hear the footsteps once amonth on the same day every month. I thought nothing of it untill I told my friend "Joeann" about the footsteps. I told her how they went in a pattern. Three steps, four steps, two steps. It would keep the same pattern and she told me that it was the 'Navy Waltz'.
