A Miracle

This could be a tale of a lady with a brain disorder or it could be true. I honestly don't know what to think. That is for you to decide.
But about three years ago my aunt-in-law's sister was in a very very severe car accident, that resulted in having the hood ornament of another car rammed into her skull and implanted in her brain. She was immediately taken to an emergency room, she was in a coma for about a week.
Now upon tellling I must back track so things will make more sense later on. MY aunt-in-law's sister, Sue, had just gotten married to a man. The man's mother had died when he was only about 19. (He's in his late 40's now) The ironic thing is that Sue had never seen a picture of her new husband's mother because he did't have any of her. Sue's father had also passed away many years ago.
Well, while Sue was in her coma, her sister, my aunt, had gotten into another bad car accident where she broke her neck and her elbow. Ruthie was put into a different hospital but still in the same city. When Sue awoke a week later she had a somewhat frightening tale. She said that her husband's mother and her father's spirits had come to visit her while she was sick. She said that they took her to Ruthie's room to pray for her recovery. When she woke up she also explained exactly what Ruthie's room looked like. (The color, the arrangement of the furnature ect, ect.) She also correctly explained what her husband's mother looked like.
She is now better and almost 100% healthy although my mom's not sure because whenever she meets someone new she rushes into this story as a way of a greeting. She is also very spacey, but then again who wouldn't be after they had a hood ornament wedged in their skull. So it is up for you to decide did this story really happen or is it just some lady's dream?
