Devil or Evil Spirit?

Some years ago my sister had to get up early for some reason. I think she was going to church, my family is a very devout Catholic family. She was doing something religious, sadly neither of us can remember what exactly. Anyway, she set her alarm clock to wake her up in time to do whatever it was she was going to do. She woke up on her own the next morning without the help of the alarm clock. The clock had been unplugged, the cord wrapped around it, and it had been turned around so it was facing the wall. It was almost like the devil didn't want her going to church or doing what she was planning on doing. Everyone in my family said they didn't touch the clock. Pretty wierd.
