OBE

My OBE occurred in the summer of 2011. It was late at night, and I had began to drift into a deep sleep. I felt like I had left my own body, It was almost like a mirror was above my bed, I could see myself, I was slowly rising upward, filled with fear, but a sense of relaxation, and at ease. I felt many different sensations. I was able to transport wherever my mind thought. These sensations lasted a minute, felt a falling sensation, and saw my body laying in my bed colliding and becoming whole again, I awoke startled.
