Who Are They?

Several months ago, I was very ill with pneumonia and was admitted to the hospital. Diagnosis: Respiratory Failure.

I do not remember any of this. Phoning my son-in-law and saying "hurry" on September 25th, 2010 at approximately midnight, is the only recollection I have until mid-October. I was still on a respirator and feeding tube when I came to. The entire time, I was unconscious and unaware of everything except for "seeing them!"

I don't know who they are and have tried to figure it out ever since. I wasn't afraid of them and I know they meant no harm to me. I just wish I knew who they were and what they were doing by my bedside.

I felt as though I was up so high that there was very little clearance between my body and the ceiling. I was laying flat on my back, but was comfortable. I don't remember having a pillow or any covers. I have assumed that I was in the hospital bed, but at the time of the "illusion" I felt suspended in the air.

The only ones "there" was me and "them". There were 4-5 of them, but I don't remember exactly how many. They had no faces, no expressions, maybe not even any arms. I couldn't see them clearly; it was almost foggy. They all had stark white hair and were the same identical height. They were exactly alike and very still, like statues. I guess I saw them through my peripheral vision, because I was also very still and on my back. Nothing was said by any of us. I was "there" with "them" for what seemed like a very long time. My arms were at my side and my legs were extended out straight. I have short white hair normally and did in this state of mind as well.

They stood there or were present at my right side, with their heads even with my body until I regained consciousness. As soon as I could talk, I asked my daughter and sister who had been there. Immediate family was all that had been allowed to visit and at very short intervals during visiting hours. No one in our family meets the description of "them". So who were "they" and what were "they" doing? Why were "they" there? It really bothers me and I have tried to figure it out for six months. Cam anyone help? I need answers, it really bothers me.
